Nina Valotti is a dialect poet of sleepless Zurich nights. In her songs, she wanders through the big city at night and reflects on herself and life between the asphalt and the starry sky. The scent of cigarette smoke, fleeting and less fleeting encounters provide the inspiration for her honest lyrics: Snapshots from the world of eight-hour everyday life, furnished melancholy and daily failure.

With her soft, disarming voice, raw guitar sounds and tangible rhythms, Nina Valotti creates music that gets under your skin. Her words are clear, touching and close - sometimes ironic, sometimes wistful, but always full of emotion.

Her debut album "Fang nomal a", an undisguised self-portrait of the Zurich artist, was released in spring 2025. With her first releases Voce, Rauch im Wind and Warte (Tag), she provided the first taste of the intimate, touching world she creates with her music.
