Let's start the afternoon together with an energizing Vinyasa Flow surrounded by art.

Experienced yoga teacher Sandra Hohl will lead the class. Beginners and advanced students are welcome.

Bring your own: If you have your own mat, please bring it. If not, please mention it when you register.

You can use the showers on the floor of our neighbors, the Bogentrakt Hostel. You can either bring your own shower towel and shampoo or rent them on site for 3.50.
